Return and Exchanges

At Cheile Designs, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or fit your needs. That's why we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy to ensure your satisfaction. Returns & Exchanges are accepted within 10 days of delivery. 

When returning or exchanging an item, please make sure it is in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Once your return or exchange is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged and affix the label to the package. 

Refunds for returned items will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
