Orders under $150.00 have a flat shipping rate of $8.00, for standard orders in the continental US
International orders shipping charge will be provided with calculated rates through DHL or USPS
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Returns:
We offer a 10 day return window. Returns must be postmarked in the mail/ drop off box within 10 days from when the order is marked by UPS/USPS as delivered.
Returns must include the receipt in the package.
No returns on sale items. Exchange only.
No returns/exchanges will be accepted without prior authorization.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery does not get refunded.
Shipping charges on orders under $150.00 are not refundable.
If an order is returned in its entirety, or if what you keep after returns is less then $150.00, we refund you less our shipping cost.
We offer free shipping for returns for you to shop with peace of mind.
